Daily rental rates

Rental time includes setup, event time, and cleanup. Additional hours can be added at $50/hour based on availability. All events must conclude by midnight.

A full Saturday rental plus Friday-evening decorating access — for showers, milestone celebrations, and full-day events.

Built around the wedding weekend — rehearsal dinner Friday night, full Saturday rental for the ceremony or reception.

Cypress Lounge is our partner bar — every event with bar service includes a licensed bartender and a full beverage program.

Bar minimums apply to individual day rentals only. If the beverage minimum isn't met during the event, the difference is charged to the renter afterward. The Silver, Wedding, and Gold packages include an optional bartender with no beverage minimum.
