Daily rental rates

Pick the day that fits.

Rental time includes setup, event time, and cleanup. Additional hours can be added at $50/hour based on availability. All events must conclude by midnight.

All-in for the full weekend.

Friday decorating, Saturday rental, dedicated bartender — bundled for the events that need extra runway.

Silver Package

Package price $1,100

A full Saturday rental plus Friday-evening decorating access — for weddings, milestone celebrations, and full-day events.

Gold Package

Package price $1,350

Our most-booked package — built for weddings and full reunion weekends. Friday through Sunday morning, fully covered.

Friday access for decorating (6pm–9pm)
Full Saturday rental (12 hours)
Sunday morning cleanup access until noon
Dedicated bartender included
Bar minimum: $500 (free at $500)

Cypress Lounge is our partner bar — every event with bar service includes a licensed bartender and a full beverage program.

Weekend minimum

If the beverage minimum isn't met during the event, the difference is charged to the renter afterward. Weekend packages above include the bartender; the bar minimum still applies.
